Appointments
Please call (513) 523-6267 to schedule your appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give us 24 hours' notice.  If you will be delayed for your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans.  Dental insurance is intended to cover some but not necessarily all of the cost of your dental care.  Most plans include a deductible and copay provision that must be paid by the patient at the time services are rendered.  We can file most insurance claims for you.  Please bring your insurance plan information with you to your visits.  We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.  

Payment

We accept cash, checks,  debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Jackson Family Dental Wellness Center ensures your family's safety and peace of mind by complying with and exceeding all infection control requirements set forth by the various regulatory agencies such as the Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  

We are proud of the state-of-the-art services we provide and the equipment we provide it with.  Computer digital radiography/intraoral photography, ultrasonic scalers, LED curing lights, flatscreen monitors/ipads in each operatory, and power whitening are just a few of the high-tech capabilities we use to provide our patients with quality dentistry.
